Erin Farrell Farthing practices in the areas of trucking and transportation law, general insurance defense, governmental defense, civil litigation, civil rights and section 1983 defense and professional liability. Erin was one of 11 attorneys in South Carolina selected for the South Carolina Bar Association Leadership Academy in 2012. In 2010, 2011 and again in 2012, The McKay Firm was selected as one of the Best Law Firms in America®, for their practice of workers’ compensation defense litigation.
