COLUMBIA, SC – McKay, Cauthen, Settana, & Stubley, P.A. (The McKay Firm), is pleased to announce that Marcy J. Lamar, a member of the McKay Firm Workers’ Compensation Team, has been selected to serve on the 2012 Medical Seminar Committee for the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association.
Mrs. Lamar practices in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, workers’ compensation appeals, subrogation, and civil defense litigation. In 2010 and 2011, Marcy was selected by her peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America®, in the field of workers’ compensation defense litigation. In addition, The McKay Firm was inducted into 2011 Inaugural Edition of the Best Law Firms in America® in the field of workers’ compensation defense.
Committee members will work together in order to plan the Association’s annual Medical Seminar which is an event held in February of each year that is heavily attended by key players in both the workers’ compensation and medical industry.
