COLUMBIA, S.C. – McKay, Cauthen, Settana, & Stubley, P.A. welcomes James E. L. “Eddie” Fickling as the newest associate at The McKay Firm. He practices in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, civil litigation, subrogation, and workers’ compensation appeals.
Mr. Fickling, a graduate of The Citadel and the University of South Carolina School of Law, is a member of the the South Carolina Bar as well as the Citadel Alumni Foundation. He served as a law clerk for Labor, Commerce, and Industry Committee of the South Carolina House of Representatives as well as for The McKay Firm. Prior to law school, Eddie interned for the Honorable John
M. Spratt, Jr. As a Citadel cadet, he was a member of The Citadel football team from 2004 – 2006.
