She is also a certified mediator and utilizes her prior experience as both a plaintiff’s attorney and a defense attorney to assist clients in mediating disputes. Ms. Holmes, a Partner in the firm, is a 1984 graduate of Clemson University and a 1988 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. In 2011, she was appointed as a member of the Merit Selection Panel for the position of United States Magistrate Judge for the District of South Carolina.
