Mr. Fickling, a graduate of The Citadel and member of The Citadel football team from 2004 – 2006, is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Citadel Alumni Association. In February, Eddie was also selected to serve on the Safety, Health and Security Committee for the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for the Labor, Commerce, and Industry Committee of the South Carolina House of Representatives as well as for The McKay Firm.
