Keith practices in the areas of general civil litigation defense and workers’ compensation defense. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, he graduated from the University of South Carolina, where he majored in Political Science and minored in History. Keith then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
During law school, Keith served as the Senior Articles Editor on the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal. He also worked as an extern for both the South Carolina Senate Oversight Committee and the South Carolina House of Representatives Education and Public Works Committee. Furthermore, he worked at several different plaintiffs and defense law firms in Columbia throughout law school, giving him a unique perspective to both sides of a lawsuit. Keith was a member of the Euphradian Society as both an undergraduate and law student.
Keith is an active member of Shandon Baptist Church, where he is a teacher of a Sunday school class. He is also a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Keith is admitted to practice in South Carolina and before the United States District Court of South Carolina. Keith resides in Columbia.
