Workers’ Compensation Defense

In South Carolina, the law requires an employer to carry workers’ compensation insurance if you have four or more full time employees. Workers’ compensation covers limited medical expenses, treatment, and some lost wages for employees who suffer on-the-job injuries.

The McKay Firm’s 2013 Guide to Workers’ Compensation forms and the 2013 Quick Reference Guide for Workers’ Compensation Laws are two of the resources that our firm provides.
